The following terms and conditions regulate access, use and manner of sale through the online store www.wellmedresearch.com and sets out the terms and conditions for Wellmed Research Ltd. London-based free-of-charge services.

Please, read carefully our terms and conditions and these must be agreed upon before you start performing any purchase.

Orders and Checkout

The condition for the validity of the order is the true and complete completion of all data and requirements required by the registration form, including telephone contact. The purchase order, on the basis of which the sale of products by wellmed-redearch.com to the customer is carried out, arises on the basis of a binding order confirmation in the system. The order (or part thereof) confirmed by wellmed-research.com by e-mail is considered binding for both parties, provided that the conditions agreed at the time of confirmation are not violated and then a relationship between the buyer and the seller arises.

The essential conditions are considered to be the determination of the customer, the content of the order (exact quantity and specification of the products), the price for the products and transport, the method of delivery, the method of payment for the products. By confirming the order, the buyer declares that he is over 18 years of age.

Registration on wellmedresearch.com will not take much time but it allows you to change your account information, check order status and access your past orders. ORDER TRACKING:

Order cancellation

Wellmedresearch.com reserves the right to cancel the order or part thereof in case if the buyer has not taken over the products in the past or otherwise violated the terms and conditions. In case if ordered products are no longer manufactured or delivered, or the selling price has changed significantly. In the event that this situation occurs, wellmed-research.com will immediately contact the customer to agree on further action. If the customer has already paid part or full purchase price, this amount will be transferred back to his account or address within 14 calendar days.

Withdrawal from the purchase contract

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal deadline expires 14 days after the order was placed. If the customer decides to withdraw from the contract within the period of 14 days, he is obliged to comply with the following conditions:

Send the request to withdraw from the contract at [email protected] (the request must contain order number, name and surname, date of purchase and your account number or return address). If the customer has already received the products, send them back to address which wellmedresearch.com will confirm by email, subject to the following conditions:

Products must be in the original undamaged packaging (with undamaged protective film)

Products may not be used

Products must be undamaged

Goods must be complete (including package leaflet, etc.)

Send with proof of purchase – invoice

The customer has no right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (sale of goods enclosed in protective packaging, which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and whose protective packaging has been broken after delivery). Please note, if the original package is opened, damaged or contaminated by the customer, we can’t accept the return.

Returns and Refunds

If the conditions set out in chapter “Withdrawal from the purchase contract” are met, wellmedresearch.com will send the money back by transfer to the customer’s account no later than 14 working days after products will be returned to the wellmed-research.com warehouse. The products must be returned to wellmed-research.com by registered mail and insured, as the seller is not liable for any loss. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. The customer also bears any reduction in the value of the goods caused by its use beyond what is necessary to determine the functionality and properties of the products.

Delivery of products

Deliveries of ordered products will be dispatched as soon as possible. The invoice is always inside the package with ordered products.

Warranty and Complaints

This complaint policy applies to products that were purchased from wellmedresearch.com.

Each Order purchased from wellmedresearch.com contains an invoice inside the package. This invoice also serves as a warranty document.

When the customer is taking the products, he is obliged to check the following:

Whether it is a right product (the product that has been ordered). If it is a product that has not been ordered, please do not unpack, open or otherwise replace it.

Whether the product is not damaged (has no visible damage).

Whether the quantity of ordering and delivered products is correct.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, storage or damage to the products by the customer. The packaging and ordered products must not be mechanically damaged (mechanical damage means damage to the product which could not have been caused by the normal use of the product for the purpose for which it was manufactured).

We inform you that each wellmed-research.com order is photographed before shipping. This helps us avoid false complaints in the future.
